During our doctor's visit on Tuesday, we heard that there are no new developments on the baby front. No efacement or dilation yet. Still lots of movement and a strong heartbeat.
Our big question is when he will come. He was looking like an Easter baby, but may end up being an April Fools baby...

it gets harder and harder to wait. Remember, the baby will come....when he is ready.
Oh, and my midwife told me that she has seen moms go from no effacement/dialation to holding a baby in a matter of hours - and moms who walk around 4 cm dialated and 50% effaced for weeks - so don't worry too much about that. She actually didn't check me until I was at 40 weeks - because she didn't think the knowledge meant much of anything....
Don't stress! Enjoy these days! You will have your baby in your arms soon.
